Retreat Day One

6:30 AM Sunrise yoga on the great lawn.  Trust me, you will be awake.

7:30 AM Breakfast with Alicia on the lanai

8:00-10:30am Free time and Lei Making

 

10:30 We leave for Waimea Canyon. We will park at beautiful overlook where there is ALWAYS a rainbow.  We

have options as to which hike we will take.  There are easy hikes with pretty views and SLIGHTLY more challenging

hikes with SPECTACULAR views.  We will decide as a group.

 

12:00  Lunch canyon side.

 

1:30 Entrainments on the rim of the canyon (Don't worry, not too close)

 

3:00 Leave for home.

 

4:00-6:00pm free time. Poipu Beach is only a block away.

 

6:30 Sunset entrainments on property (tables set up on the great lawn).

 

7:30pm Dinner in the Main House

 

Evening relaxation and reflection on the magic of the day.
