Retreat Day Four

7:30am Full breakfast on the lanai

9:00am first entrainment on property

​

11:30 We will immerse ourselves in some traditional Polynesian culture with Hula class or Lei making. 

​

1:00pm Grand Lunch in the main dining room.

​

2:00-3:30 Free time.  Let's hit the BEACH!!!

​

3:30 Depart for Polihale Beach.

​

5:00 dinner on the beach with a pre-sunset meditation.

​

6:00pm Entrainments on the beach with the MOST SPECTACULAR SUNSET you will ever witness.

​

7:15 departure for our Paradise Home Base.

​

8:30 Retreat reflection and Commencement Ceremony.
