Retreat Day Three

October 21st

Today we will head to the North Shore of Kauai for a wonderful day at the beach.

6:00am Light continental breakfast will be served on the lanai.

7:00am We load up for a day of ease and peace oceanside.

8:30am We will arrive at our destination.

9:00am Entrainments on the beach.

12:00 Gourmet Hawaiian style cooler lunch will be served. let's hear it for ALICIA once again!!!

3:00pm We depart the North Shore for our Paradise Home Base.

4:00pm Snack time and rest time.

5:30pm Entrainments on property.

7:00pm Dinner in the main dining room.

Rest of the night, let's chill, relax and reflect on what magic has occurred today.
